Oakland is the site of the first all-digital Moe’s in the country and YOU have the opportunity to be one of the first to experience the brand new location! As part of bringing the new generation of Moe’s to Oakland, we want to make sure that the new tech works perfectly prior to officially opening our doors. This is where you come in!
We’re inviting 250 students to help us "break the system". All you need to do is submit a mobile order remotely via the Moe Rewards app between 11:30 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 4th. As a thank you for helping us, you'll receive $20 in Moe Rewards and an exclusive limited-print Moe’s Oakland t-shirt!

When will I know to put my order in on these dates?
If you signed up to participate in the Oakland Moe's Pressure Test, you will receive a text message the day prior to the order date with a time window for placing your order. Don't worry - if you're forgetful, we'll send you a reminder on the day of to be sure!
What do I order?
Anything you'd like! Just make sure it includes one entree, a side, and a drink! Please note: we don't currently have food on-site while we test our tech, so no food will be prepared for your order. That $15 Moe Rewards doesn't expire though, so you can treat yourself as soon as we're open!
What if the system crashes before I can place my order?
If our systems max out before you can submit your order, you'll still receive the reward indicated for that day's test. Just take a screenshot with a timestamp, and email it to aoldham@bigplangrp.com. Once we confirm the order was attempted to be placed within the time window, we'll follow up about claiming your reward!
Do I Have to Pay For The Order?
Nope! All prices will show $0.00 for the Oakland location on these dates. However, our system does require a payment method to be able to process any orders (even those that are $0.00). Your card will NOT be charged.

How will I receive my rewards?
Following your first test order, the Moe Rewards will be credited directly to your account within 2 hours of Moe's receiving your order. Following your second order, your limited print Oakland Moe's shirt will be available for pick up 30 minutes after placing your order and available for same-day pick up until 4pm. Sizes are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can't make it in on March 6th to pick up your shirt, please contact aoldham@bigplangrp.com to make other pick up arrangements.
